Time Alpe d’ Huez 21

  • SRAM Etap 11 speed

  • FFWD 33 wheelset

  • Ritchey components

  • Kogel bearings

The drivetrain on this build is a unique one. The Red Etap groupset is originally a Rim brake group, but with combining it and some TRP Spyre calipers we can run it all on a disc brake bike. Not having the constricting interface of a modern day “integrated bike” allows the mechanical brakes to still give great stopping power. And with Etap having no cables, the front end is still incredibly clean looking.

All of the components are from Richtey Components. The front end has a WCS 220 carbon bar and stem, while the rear has a Superlogic seatpost.
