From it’s home in New Zealand all the way to Waco, this aero speed machine turned into a beautiful project. This bike drips of Chapter 2 with their own bottle cages, cockpit, and even bar tape.

Chapter 2 Koko

The drivetrain is Shimano Ultegra 8070, so that means it’s electronic Di2 shifting with hydraulic disc brakes. The rear derailleur has been upgraded with Kogel pulley wheels, and the bottom bracket is also a Kogel ceramic BB. The biggest change from the Ultegra group is he Quarq power crank. The carbon crank arms reduce the weight of the crankset, and the Quarq power attachment gives the rider an accurate power reading.

The cockpit is a one piece bar and stem from Chapter 2, the Mana. The integration of the bar allows for completely hidden cable routing. We topped it off with wrapping the bars with Chapter 2’s own bar tape and a clean K-Edge computer mount.
